The Changing Image Of India

by Santwana Kumar Das

This book focuses, for the first time, the analysis of the 20 points programme, which is a revolution on the economic front, in every sense of the world, in its entirety coupled with opinions of others and views of competent authorities, by an independent author with past experiences about economic problems and social deficiencies of the nation.

The book further brings out on the surface the leadership behind the laudable efforts to change the image of India at an accelerated speed. The Prime Minister's objective is to make the future of six hundred million people more meaningful and purposeful by whatever yardstick it is measured; she is determined to present an image of India with all her past glory and present proud achievements in their correct perspective.

The author has carefully avoided mixing up politics with economics, though absolute separation of the two is not practicable at the grass root. The information contained  in the book are all authentic as they have been taken from approved sources and have been acknowledged.
